Two years ago, we began to map the necessary capabilities in order to transform Big Data into Big Business. The background is simple: there is great business potential in data, but the transformation within companies is challenging.
With the support of the Danish Industry Foundation, we have analyzed a number of projects and companies, which has now been resulted in a capability map for data-driven growth. And the map is comprehensive – all nine capabilities must work together to ensure profitable data-driven growth.
